Our services facilitate the handling of all types of industrial and commercial non-ferrous and ferrous metals including but not limited to: copper, brass, aluminum, nickel, zinc, stainless steel, lead, steel, iron and exotic metals.

We have the necessary equipment, facilities and industry knowledge to process scrap metal material into reusable forms that meet industry specifications deemed acceptable by the mini-mills, integrated steel mills, foundries and metals brokers we supply, and ensure that you are properly compensated.

Quotations

Scrap metal is a commodity and its price is susceptible to change based on world markets. We monitor these markets daily to ensure that our customers receive the highest possible value for their surplus metals.

Crown Metals can provide you with a price quotation for your materials in the following ways:

By quoting spot prices according to the market position.
By creating a formula price schedule directly related to the LME or Comex as published in Poor's Platts Metalweek index, The American Metal Market and/or Iron Age.

Transportation Logistics

Crown Metals operates its own fleet of Lugger, Roll Off and Straight trucks.

We recognize that reliable logistics and transportation services are essential to the success of any recycling program and provide flexible and economical solutions for all your transportation needs.

Our staff has the expertise required to execute all phases of supply chain management locally and abroad. This includes rate and service contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with US and Canadian customs regulations for cross-border business, as well equipment and logistics management.

Crown Metals’ computerized scales are officially certified by Government inspectors to be accurate and in accordance with Measurement Canada’s Weights and Measures Act and Regulations. We are so confident of the accuracy of our scales that we will honor any request for third-party verification of weights, should the need arise.
